Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between PATRU DENIS ANDORAS INDIVIDUAL ENTERPRISE, tax ID 52483595, operating the HADE Tap service ("we", "us", "Provider"), and you as the customer or user of our services ("you", "Customer"). By purchasing our products or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of services

HADE Tap provides two categories of services:

  • Custom NFC cards - physical products in PVC, metal, or wood configured to redirect customers to your Google review page.
  • Management platform - an online dashboard for tracking Google reviews, card performance, notifications, and analytics.

2. Ordering and delivery of NFC cards

2.1 Order placement

Orders are placed through the website form or directly with the HADE Tap team. An order is considered confirmed only after written confirmation from us.

2.2 Customization

Cards are produced on demand and customized with your branding and business details. You are responsible for the accuracy of any logo, text, and color information you provide. Requested changes after approval may generate additional costs.

2.3 Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are communicated during order confirmation. Delivery is handled by courier. Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer once the package is handed to the courier.

2.4 Activation

Cards are pre-configured before shipment and are intended to be ready to use on delivery. Dashboard access is granted after the order is confirmed.

2.5 Returns

Because the products are customized, returns are not accepted after production except in the case of manufacturing defects or errors caused by us. Any issue should be reported within 5 days of receipt.

3. Platform subscription

3.1 Available plans

HADE Tap is offered through multiple subscription plans. Plan names, features, and pricing are communicated during the sales process and may be updated from time to time. Existing customers will be notified in advance of material pricing changes.

3.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
  • Payments are processed automatically via Stripe on the renewal date.
  • Prices may be expressed in EUR, RON, or another agreed billing currency where applicable.
  • Invoices are issued electronically and sent by email.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel at any time with effect at the end of the current billing period. Partial refunds are not provided for already billed periods. Your data remains accessible until the paid term expires.

3.4 Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend access in cases of non-payment, abusive usage, or violation of these Terms. We will notify the Customer before suspension unless urgent action is required.

4. Acceptable use

By using HADE Tap, you agree not to:

  • Use the platform to generate fake or misleading reviews
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the platform or our infrastructure
  • Transmit unlawful, abusive, or third-party infringing content
  • Share or resell account access to unauthorized third parties
  • Use the service in breach of Google terms or platform policies

Reviews generated through HADE Tap must be authentic and based on real customer experiences. HADE Tap only facilitates access to your Google review page; it does not alter or influence review content.

5. Intellectual property

All elements of the HADE Tap platform, including software, design, logos, and copy, remain our exclusive property or the property of our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

By providing your logo and brand materials, you grant us a limited non-exclusive license to produce your customized cards. We do not claim ownership of your brand.

6. Privacy and data

Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Your business data stored in the platform, including reviews, analytics, and settings, remains yours. We access this data only to deliver the service, provide support, or comply with legal obligations.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the platform available with a monthly uptime target of at least 99%. Planned maintenance windows will be announced in advance where reasonably possible. We are not responsible for downtime caused by force majeure, third-party provider failures, or malicious cyber events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of liability

HADE Tap is not responsible for:

  • The content of reviews written by your customers
  • Google’s decisions on visibility, ranking, or review moderation
  • Indirect losses, loss of profit, or reputational damages arising from service use or non-use
  • Failures of third-party services such as Google, Stripe, Cloudflare, or Supabase

Our total liability to the Customer will not exceed the amount paid by the Customer in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days before they become effective, by email or through a notice in the platform. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Romania, after a prior good-faith attempt at amicable resolution.
