Subprocessors and Vendors

HADE Tap works with specialized service providers to deliver the platform, process payments, send operational emails, and support the infrastructure required to run the service. Below is an overview of the main providers that may process data in connection with HADE Tap.
1. How to use this list
This page is informational and may be updated when:
- we add or replace a relevant service provider
- the purpose for which a provider processes data changes
- the provider region or contractual setup changes materially
2. Main providers
2.1 Cloudflare
Role: hosting, delivery, DNS, Workers, edge security, and performance.
Relevant data: application traffic, operational data, and technical logs required for service delivery.
2.2 Supabase
Role: database, authentication, Edge Functions, and core application data.
Relevant data: accounts, organizations, locations, cards, reviews, audit data, and settings.
2.3 Stripe
Role: payment processing, checkout, billing portal, and webhooks.
Relevant data: billing data, customer identifiers, and subscription metadata.
Note: full payment card details are not stored by HADE Tap.
2.4 Resend
Role: transactional and operational email delivery.
Relevant data: email addresses and the content of invitations, password resets, and operational messages.
2.5 PostHog
Role: optional website and product analytics.
Relevant data: usage events and technical or pseudonymized identifiers, depending on the active consent flow.
2.6 Google Business Profile APIs
Role: integration for Google locations and review synchronization.
Relevant data: location data, reviews, and server-managed integration tokens.
3. How we select providers
- we assess their relevance to the service and the data categories involved
- we look for appropriate technical and contractual safeguards
- we update internal documentation when a relevant vendor change occurs
4. Transfers and data protection
Where a provider processes personal data in connection with HADE Tap, we seek appropriate contractual obligations and, where needed, suitable mechanisms for international data transfers.
5. Updates
If we add, remove, or materially change a relevant provider, we will update this page within a reasonable timeframe.
