2.2 Through service usage for active clients

  • Authentication data such as email and encrypted password
  • Business information such as business name, location, and logo
  • Platform usage data such as NFC taps and synced reviews
  • Billing data processed securely via Stripe; we do not store card details

2.3 Technical data collected automatically

  • Anonymized IP address
  • Browser and device type
  • Visited pages and session duration

This data is collected through analytics tools such as PostHog only to improve the service.

3. Why we process data

Collected data is used only for:

  • Contacting you after demo or information requests
  • Delivering the HADE Tap service, including dashboard access and NFC cards
  • Sending service-related commercial communications where you have agreed
  • Meeting legal and accounting obligations
  • Improving the product based on aggregated usage data

4. Legal basis

  • Contract performance for active customers
  • Consent for marketing communications
  • Legitimate interest for service improvement and fraud prevention
  • Legal obligation where required by law

5. Retention periods

  • Contact form data: up to 12 months from the last interaction
  • Active customer data: during the contract term plus 3 years after termination
  • Billing records: 5 years, in line with fiscal obligations

6. Data recipients

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate HADE Tap:

  • Stripe for payment processing
  • Supabase for database infrastructure
  • Cloudflare for hosting and delivery
  • PostHog for anonymized analytics
  • Google for review synchronization through Google Business Profile APIs

All partners operate under contractual data protection obligations aligned with GDPR standards.

7. Your rights

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request deletion of your data where applicable
  • Restrict processing in certain circumstances
