Security and Incident Response

HADE Tap treats security as an ongoing part of the product, not a one-time checklist. This page describes, at a high level, how we approach account protection, infrastructure safeguards, and incident response for security-related events.
1. General security measures
- role-based access controls
- multi-factor authentication available for platform users
- MFA enabled on internal and infrastructure control-plane accounts
- rate limiting on sensitive and administrative actions
- logging of relevant support and admin activity
- monitoring of critical workflows and primary integrations
2. Data and infrastructure protection
HADE Tap uses a combination of technical and organizational safeguards, including:
- TLS encryption in transit
- segregated administrative access and limited privileged accounts
- logging for relevant sensitive support and admin actions
- controls around tokens, Google integrations, and password reset flows
3. What we treat as a security incident
We treat the following, among others, as potential incidents:
- unauthorized or suspicious account or data access
- abnormal administrative activity
- compromised credentials or access keys
- meaningful abuse affecting integrations or infrastructure
- events that could affect the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of the service
4. How we respond
In the event of an incident, our goals are to:
- contain the issue quickly
- preserve relevant evidence for investigation
- assess impacted systems and data categories
- remediate the root cause and restore service safely
5. Notifications
If an incident affects personal data or creates legal notification duties, we assess the facts and proceed in line with applicable law and relevant contractual commitments.
6. Limitations
No security measure can remove all risk entirely. For that reason, we complement technical safeguards with internal processes, monitoring, and periodic review.

If you identify a security issue or suspect an incident involving HADE Tap, please contact contact@hadetap.com as soon as possible and include enough detail for us to investigate.
